I am a passionate educator and instructional leader of learners with over 20 years of experience. In my role as a School Administrator over the past 14 years, I've focused on working with curriculum, data analysis, program development, assessment, and implementation of learning management platforms to provide participants with an efficient educational product that will promote and ensure success across all environments.

I thrive on creatively collaborating with subject matter experts to design the most effective programs and solutions. My expertise lies in creating a collaborative culture to effectively translate instructional goals into meaningful training aides and opportunities. My trainees instructional success is evidenced by data collected through summative and formative assessments which both provide the data and discussion points to drive the design.

I am a self-starter that manages projects from start to finish through collaboration, feedback, reflection, and evaluation. I am able to work in a fast-paced capacity while adapting to overcome challenges. I value creating a positive work environment that is inclusive and supportive for all.
